End User License Agreement

License grant

Subject to an active subscription, PERCARIS grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the software on the number of licensed Windows desktop computers allowed by the purchased plan.

Restrictions

Customers may not reverse engineer, redistribute, sublicense, or bypass license controls except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise.

Updates

An active subscription may include software and intelligence updates. Update delivery should use signed packages and should not require access to customer files beyond what is necessary for installation.

Termination

License rights may end when the subscription terminates or expires, subject to the final commercial terms.
